My First Encounter with Grubaholics
I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical when I first heard about Grubaholics. A food truck serving up gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches? It sounded like a gimmick. But I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did!
The Grubaholics truck is parked in a lot near my office, so I went over for lunch one day. There was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly. I ordered the classic grilled cheese with tomato soup and was not disappointed. The sandwich was cheesy and gooey and the soup was the perfect comfort food on a cold day.
I’ve been back several times since then and have tried some of the other menu items. The pulled pork sandwich is also excellent, and the macaroni and cheese is even better than my mom used to make. If you’re ever in Philadelphia, be sure to track down the Grubaholics truck and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!
The Philly Cheesesteak Festival
The Philly Cheesesteak Festival is coming to town and the Grubaholics food truck will be there to serve up some delicious cheesesteaks! We’ll be serving up our famous cheesesteaks with all the fixings, so come hungry!
